General Rental Agreement
Gratuity: Our quoted prices are all-inclusive for point to point service. A recommended 20% gratuity is included in the quoted price for your convenience.
Friday and Saturday Minimums: Stretch Limousines and Mercedes Sprinters require 2 to 4 hour minimum charge on Fridays and Saturdays for rental services. Please CONTACT US prior to booking online!
Wait Time Policy: Our grace period is defined as 10 minutes beyond the scheduled pick up time. Exceeding the grace period will result in wait time charges. Wait time will be charged at a rate of $15 per 15 minute increments on our sedans, $20 per 15 minutes on our SUVs and stretch limousines, and $45 per 15 minutes on our stretch SUVs. Any schedule changes/delays made within two 2 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will result in wait time charges starting at the scheduled pick-up time.
Extra Stop/s Policy: Passenger requested stops on route during a point-to-point reservation will be charged at $15 per stop on our sedans and SUVs. $25 per stop on our stretch limousines. $45 per stop on our Sprinter Vans. Stop times lasting in excess of 15 minutes will result in wait time policy charges. Passenger requested stops off route for point-to-point reservations vary by distance. Contact us for more information prior to making your reservation.
Changes & Cancellations:
Sedan & SUV
You may request changes or cancellation to your reservation at no charge if the change or cancellation is requested at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
Stretch Limousine & Mercedes Sprinter
You may request changes or cancellation to your reservation at no charge if the change or cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.
No Show Charges: Our office is open 24 hours a day / seven days a week. If for any reason, the client cannot locate their chauffeur, please call our office immediately. A No Show is charged in the event the client fails to contact our Dispatch office, locate their chauffeur, or and leaves the pick-up location. No Shows are charged the full amount of the scheduled trip.
Conduct of Passengers: A1 Classic Limousine Group reserves the right to refuse to provide service to any persons under the influence of any drugs or alcohol. Transportation will also be terminated immediately if the chauffeur feels threatened in any way.
Unusual or Special Cleaning: If a greater amount of time is required to clean the vehicle as a result of the Client, may charge the Client an additional fee to cover additional time, material and resources.
