AIRPORT PICK-UP INSTRUCTIONS
Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim area. After retrieving all your luggage, call our toll-free number (888) 598-6555 and give the dispatcher your name or confirmation number. The dispatcher will then tell you what door to go out. To help you find your vehicle, you will be given a description of it along with its license plate number. Please understand that O'Hare and Midway regulations require livery vehicles to remain in the limo holding lot until passengers have collected all their luggage’s from the baggage claim. It may take anywhere from 10 to 20 minutes for the car to pick you up at O'Hare Airport. About 10 minutes wait time from Midway Airport.
OPTIONAL MEET AND GREET
Upon arrival at the airport, proceed to the baggage claim
area. With MEET & GREET SERVICE ($60 additional, including
greeters parking cost and fees) our GREETER will be
waiting at the baggage claim with a sign that has the passenger’s name on it
and will help you carry your belongings to the driver’s pick-up location.
GENERAL RENTAL AGREEMENT
1. All deposits are NON-refundable. 2. The company is not
liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be
responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client
assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during
the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $250
for each carpet or seat burn. The sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption
and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The
driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant
indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the
sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. 4. Overtime pay will apply
after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run
sheet (Does not apply to pickups from the airport). 5. Airport
No-Shows and Late Cancellations will result in full charge of your reservation. 6. Orders between 11:00 PM and 5:00 AM are
subject to a late fee. 7. Not responsible for delays or termination caused by
unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). 8. Not responsible
for articles left in the limousine. 9. Balances will be charged to the card on
file within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up date. 10. Vehicles cannot be
loaded beyond seating capacity.
INBOUND FLIGHT DELAYS
To guarantee our service, we must have the correct
airline and flight number on file for the inbound flight (airport
arrival). We monitor all inbound flights for delays and/or cancellations. If we
have your valid flight information on file, you are NOT responsible for delays.
If your flight is delayed and we have your correct flight information, you do
not need to contact our dispatchers. We will adjust your pick-up time
accordingly. If you change flights and you receive a new flight number, you MUST call
our office at (888) 598-6555.
INBOUND FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS
We must have your valid inbound flight number on file. If
your flight is CANCELLED, we will NOT dispatch a vehicle, nor will we wait for
you at the airport. Please call our 24/7 dispatch toll-free
at (888) 598-6555 to provide a new flight number or make other
arrangements, such as providing an alternative day and time of your arrival, to
avoid no-show billing.
INBOUND AND OUTBOUND FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS
After re-booking your flight, please call our 24/7 dispatch
toll-free at (888) 598-6555 to provide a new flight number.
RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Sedan & SUV:
You may CANCEL or REQUEST CHANGES to your reservation at no charge if
the cancelllation or change is requested at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up
time for Sedans & SUVs.
Stretch Limousine & Mercedes Sprinter:
You may CANCEL or REQUEST CHANGES to your reservation at no charge if the cancellation or change is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time for Stretch Limos & Mercedes Sprinters.
WAIT TIME
For airport departures and point-to-point transfers (from
point A to point B), we allow a FREE 10-minute grace period. After
the first 10 minutes from the prearranged pick-up time, wait-time charges
of $15 per 15 minutes will apply for Sedan & SUV service, $30
per 15 minutes will apply for Mercedes Sprinter van &
Stretch Limousine service. If you cannot locate your car, please call
our dispatch toll free at (888) 598-6555 to avoid no-show billing. Wait
Time Charges DO NOT apply for pick-ups from the airport (INBOUND FLIGHTS).
EXTRA STOP/S
The following fee/s will be added to
your reservation total, should you make any en-route extra
stop/s in the same city/suburb. $15 for sedans and SUVs, $25 for Stretch
Limousines, and $40 for Sprinter vans. Please call us for an accurate
quote for out of the way extra stop/s or in a different city/suburb.
NIGHT PICKUPS
If applicable, a $20 off peak hours fee will be added to your reservation for all pickups 11:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
FUEL, TOLLS, AND SURCHARGES
These fees have been included in the base rate.
GRATUITY
Gratuity is at the customer's discretion.
